Since the very beginning of its activity the clinic's main aim was the comprehensive medical care for environmental patients and ensuring medical services for the general population in case of chronic illnesses. The typical feature of our activity is the willingness to provide medical help to people who are in need of it. The lack of rich sponsors does not prevent us from ensuring medical services for reasonable prices; if the patient's state of health demands it, the above mentioned services quite often surpass our obligations on the basis of formal agreements signed with individual patients or companies. The quality and high standards of our services have been highly appreciated by many well known companies and individual patients. We do try to widen our diagnostics base. Presently we have the means to provide ultrasonography diagnostics services and we do all laboratory tests. The patients who come to our clinic can be sure of being provided with the full diagnostic tests and investigations which are necessary due to their state of health. We have also introduced the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000. The implementation of the system stands for a very important aspect of further development for our clinic; we want it to ensure better management, greater satisfaction of patients, fuller professional satisfaction of our employees and higher standard of services.
